- CEILING MIRRORS STRIKING BATHROOM
In
small rooms such as bathrooms, clever design is crucial
to maximize the feeling of light and space. The Bathroom
Shop in West Yorkshire has shown how Luxalon aluminium
ceilings can be used to create stunning effects even
in limited spaces.
In
the past year, The Bathroom Shop, an independent showroom
in Mirfield, has seen a huge increase in the number
of clients opting for Luxalon domestic ceilings. One
of the most recent projects involved a highly contemporary
bathroom featuring a white suite, with black granite
wall and floor tiling and an integrated TV and sound
system. The designers suggested a chrome-effect Luxalon
ceiling as part of the design. Not only is the mirror
effect in keeping with the minimalist mood, but it
also maximizes the feeling of space.
“The
reflective ceiling makes the bathroom appear much
more spacious and the end result looks absolutely
superb,” said a spokesperson for The Bathroom
Shop. “We are now using Luxalon ceilings on
the majority of our projects as they greatly enhance
the overall look and are very easy to fit. With such
a wide range of colours and finishes on offer, there
is a ceiling to blend in with any scheme, contemporary
or traditional.”
Luxalon
aluminium ceilings are perfect for areas such as bathrooms,
wet rooms, utility areas and kitchens. Being condensation
resistant, they can be simply cleaned with a damp
cloth, and unlike plaster ceilings, they need no extra
maintenance. They can also be used to transform bedrooms,
reception and living areas. Each ceiling is made individually
so brings a unique mood and style to a room. For added
individuality, curves and extra design features can
be also added. All the systems are easily fixed to
plasterboard or can be suspended so installation is
quick and simple. |
